I've always been a fan of your painting style CI, and these guys are up there with your Turbofan assault marines (who have me of the opinion they should do away with current jump packs and go back to turbofans). I'm curious as to why you gave your Lightning claw terminator one black hand and one red? Also the Sergeant's shield looks awesome - I have to wonder whether they modelled these about the same time as they were working on the new BA models, given the iconography of Sanguinius mounted on his back (which seems to have resurfaced in the new codex).

I'm also contemplating the use of white helmets for veterans. I know it's generally an ultramarine thing to do, and it could make distinguishing my priests a tad difficult, but I like the idea of white helmets. I use Silver helmets for assault marines rather than yellow, so it wouldn't be a single deviation from the standard scheme. I also liked the mentioned scheme deviation for Angels Sanguine using Alabaster White armour for Sanguinary Guard and Death Company. Something about white Death Company just strikes me as very cool. Not as convinced about the white Sanguinary Guard though. And I reckon when I get a box of those I'll use helmets rather than Death Masks - I'm not really a fan of those.

Also Cruentus(11) I was thinking the same thing. :P Was wondering if it was a character referred to in some 40k literature I as unfamiliar with. I guess inventing a name was a good move (seriously, search my name and you get nothing but references to me).
