Thanks for the kind words, AngelicDespot. I stick to the older, brighter Blood Angels color scheme for my marines, and I must admit that the better I get at it, the brighter they get. I still don't highlight them, because that makes them way too bright for my taste.

I must admit that I agree with you on Librarians in general. My first Librarian was almost entirely red, with only blue shoulder pad rims and a blue tabard. For this one, I wanted to stick with the official Librarian scheme, which would be blue armor with a yellow tabard. I'm not a huge fan of tabards, so I went with yellow robes. While I would definitely not be using the yellow robes on any of my normal robed marines, I went with it for the Librarian for the sake of correctness (I'm kind of a stickler for correct insignia and uniforms for my marines). The way the model is done, though, the yellow is the dominant color and the blue is secondary, and the yellow does stand out a lot from the red of the rest of my troopers.

That said, I am overall pleased with the paint job, and my army has enough yellow in it already (the helmets of 40 assault marines) that it isn't too jarring when you see them all together.
